Structure of pet braided sleeving
Expandable sleeving is braided with environment-friendly polyester
monofil. (PET, PA6, PA66, PPS), It possesses good flexibility, fire
resistance, abrasive resistance and thermal insulation performance.
The sleeving owns smooth surface, bright color, various patterns.
Our PET braided sleeving has excellent wear
resistance,elasticity,smoothness,flame retardancy and is made of
industrial,high strength,environmentally friendly non-toxic 1.0
viscosity PET mono or multifilament.We can make sleevings of
different widths, colors and patterns with mono or multifilament
according to customer's request.Widely used for various types of
automotive and aircraft wiring,consumer electronics, computers and
other wire industry.
The selection of this sleeve refers to following four parameters.
A- yarn number (one or three)
B- Diameter of single yarn(0.25mm or 0.20mm)
C- Strand number (48 spindles braiding machine or 72 spindles
braiding machine)
D- flat width(1mm or 100mm)
Pet expandable braided sleeve compiled by the Environmental
Protection PET filament diameter monofilament 0.20mm or 0.25mm's
made with good flexibility, flame resistance, abrasion resistance
and heat resistance, network management can be easily expanded to
the original 150% , and it is easy to tighten the various
irregularly shaped objects, which can be maintained within a wide
temperature range while maintaining a soft, can inhibit chemical
corrosion, UV and friction, characterized by its unique mesh also
has good ventilation, wire heat diffusion function in a timely
manner.

1. Nominal size indicates the flat width.
2. The part No. will be followed with BK, GR and so on to indicate
the color of sleeving.
3. This sleeving has expandable character, the following sizes are
covered by the nearest:16mm=15mm, 19mm =20mm , 32mm =30mm ,
38mm=40mm, 51mm=50mm.
4. Special packing, sizes, and colors can be supplied upon request.
