Introduction of Dual Activated Circulation Valve
The dual activated circulation valve is a primary tools used for
coiled tubing service, the dual activated circulation valve can
establish a cycle either by dropping ball or through the inside
overpressure. Dual-circulation valves use a ball drop and rupture
disc to create a cycle that provides a differential
pressure-activated piston that can be used to determine piston
activation pressure by pre-setting shear values, increasing tool
flexibility and saving on operating costs. .
