Vacuum Planetary Mixer description
Vacuum Planetary Mixer , also called vacuum emulsifier machine, is
a complete vacuum mixer system for the manufacture of viscous
emulsions and suspensions in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and
chemical industries. It’s especially suitable for making big and
continuous batches of cream and emulsions.
Vacuum Planetary Mixer Key features
Complete process of mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing,
vacuum, heating and cooling in one unit
Working capacity from 5L to 2000L for machine.
Suitable for cream and emulsions of ~50,000cps viscosity.
External emulsifying and homogenizing by horizontal inline
homogenizer with pipes.
Shorter batch time compared with vacuum emulsification mixer.
Cooling system for mechanic seal inside the homogenizer for longer
homogenizing time.
The inline homogenizer also works as a transfer pump for
discharging finished product.
Variable speed for homogenizer and agitator.
Double jackets for heating and cooling.
Different jacket designs available for steam, hot water and
electric heating.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or
rotor pump for material out.
