Product features of 4V300 series solenoid valve: 1. Pilot mode: internal guide or external guide type optional; 2.

Use and maintenance needs to know: To maintain the normal working condition of the pneumatic system,

Check the use pressure, and pay attention to check whether the
pressure is normal during the work. 2. Check the compressed air
filtration: check the filter regularly, whether the oil mister
works normally and whether the pollution condition is normal; 3.
Check whether the system piping leaks; 4. Check whether the
solenoid valve is slow or not, and whether the exhaust state is
normal. 5, check whether the oil mist regulator adjustment is
normal; 6, on the electromagnetic valve's air quality, the
requirements of the use of the environment, solenoid valve pipeline
links and solenoid valve lubrication, please understand the
contents of this series of product manuals ; 7, in the case of low

once a month!
Working principle
There is a close cavity in the solenoid valve, and there are
through holes in different positions. Each hole leads to different
tubing. There are valves in the middle of the cavity and two
electromagnets on both sides. Hydraulic oil enters different drain
pipes and then pushes the piston of the cylinder through the
pressure of the oil. The piston then drives the piston rod, which
drives the mechanical device. In this way, the mechanical movement
is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.
