Function of Hydraulic Shock Absorber

Description
1.As kinetic energy of moving object can notbe absorbed, it has
been stored temporarily,therefore following the increase of the
stroke,counter - acting force is getting strongerand stronger. It
reaches an summit when itcomes to the stroke end. It finally
andinevitably rebounds and causes themechanical damage.
2.In the early stage of moving object stroke, itinstantly stops the
moving object by peakcounter- 'actingforce. Itcauses
themechanicalshock. It then slowly slides to the stroke end.
3.Shock absorber can absorb the kineticobject energy as soon as

Hydraulic Shock Absorber Buffering Effect
All moving objects have kinetic energy, which depends on the weight
and speed of the moving object.To stop a moving object, a device
must be installed that ACTS directly on the object: springs,
rubber, air registers, or dampers, all of which are cheap but have
the fatal disadvantage of bouncing when struck by an external
force.The hydraulic buffer adopts the hydraulic principle. The

Structure
Attention
1.It is strictly prohibited to knock or collide the shaft, which may
easily lead to bending of the shaft. The surface of the shaft
should not be covered with sewage or dirty oil, and the shaft must
operate in a clean environment.Otherwise, it will increase the
probability of product leakage and reduce the service life of the
product.
2.It is strictly prohibited to spray paint on the pipe teeth and
axis, otherwise it will affect the heat dissipation effect and oil
leakage.
3.Do not burn: because the product is hydraulic oil, put into the
fire will lead to fire or cause accidents.
4.It is strictly prohibited to use in vacuum and high pressure
environment, otherwise it will damage the machine
