HDL Series 18650 Power Battery Combined Automatic Welding System is
a new type of automatic equipment independently developed by our
company in accordance with the current increasingly fierce
competition in the field of lithium battery production, constant
requirements for cost control, quality improvement and efficiency.
This equipment is programmed by PLC, LCD display of human-machine
interface, and has a high degree of intelligence. It is mainly used
for spot welding of modular lithium batteries such as NB, Power
Tool, Gardening Tool, High Power, energy storage battery, electric
motors and automobile batteries. It can be matched with lithium
batteries production line.
The X and Y axes of the equipment are controlled by servo motors
separately. Each solder joint corresponds to the coordinates of X,
Y and axis independently. Double-axis horizontal welding is adopted
to ensure the accuracy of spot welding.
The average welding time per spot is 0.5 seconds and the welding
speed is significantly improved compared with manual spot welding,
it has the advantages of simple operation, stable and accurate
welding, high efficiency, good consistency and cost saving.
Application:
18650/26650/21700/32650 and other battery combinations;
Energy storage battery, electric vehicle battery, electric
motorcycle battery and other modular power lithium battery packs.
