Types of condenser with EVR3-038S solenoid valve for refrigeration:

The high temperature and high pressure Freon of the refrigeration system enters the condenser after exiting the compressor, releasing a large amount of heat to the cooling medium, and is cooled and liquefied. Then, the condenser can be divided into three types according to its cooling form: water-cooled, air-cooled, evaporative and shower.

1,Water-cooled:
In a water-cooled condenser, the heat released by the refrigerant is carried away by the cooling water. Cooling water can flow through once or it can be recycled. When using circulating water, a cooling tower or a cold water pool is required. The water-cooled condenser has a shell-and-tube type, a casing type, and an immersed type.

The condenser for the water-cooled chiller is usually a shell-and-tube condenser, and the outer casing is made of a steel pipe having a thickness of 5 mm or more, and is subjected to rust-proof treatment with a pressure resistance of 20 kg/cm 2 . The heat exchange tube adopts a high-efficiency and efficient seamless copper tube with a pressure resistance of 10 Kg/cm 2 . The two end covers are interchangeable to change the direction of the water connection pipe. 2,Air-cooled:

Due to the poor heat transfer performance of the air, ribs are usually added outside the copper tube to increase the heat transfer area on the air side, and a ventilator is used to accelerate the air flow. Force air convection to increase heat dissipation.

3,Evaporation and watering:
In this type of condenser, the refrigerant condenses in the tube, and the outside of the tube is simultaneously cooled by water and air.
