Agriculture Disc Filter Feature
Precise filtering
Filter discs of different precision can be selected according to
water requirements, and are available in various specifications
such as 20 micrometers, 55 micrometers, 100 micrometers, 130
micrometers, 200 micrometers, and 400 micrometers, and the
filtration ratio is greater than 85%.
Thorough and efficient backwashing
Since the filter pores are completely opened during backwashing,
and centrifugal jetting is achieved, the cleaning effect that
cannot be achieved by other filters is achieved. The backwashing
process of each filter unit takes only 10 to 20 seconds to
complete.
Fully automatic operation, continuous water
Time and differential pressure control backwash starts. In the
filter system, each filter unit and the workstation are backwashed
in sequence. Automatic switching between work and backwashing
ensures continuous water discharge, system pressure loss is small,
and filtration and backwashing effects are not deteriorated due to
use time.
Modular design
Users can choose the number of parallel connection of filter units
as needed, flexible and interchangeable. The space corner space can
be flexibly utilized, and the installation space is small according
to local conditions.
Simple maintenance
There is almost no need for routine maintenance, no special tools
are required for inspection, and few detachable parts are required.
