• Three layers brush dust-removal equipment with dust-absorption blower. This equipment can clear the dust on the surface of the cardboard,improve the printing quality. And invertor control.

Printing unit:

• Vacuum table with ceramic wheels plating for transfer the corrugate board,with high precision,even the bend board can high precision transmission and printing
• With vacumm transfer system can pass the exactly carton size sheet,and corrugate board without strength damage cause from the press wheels,also can printing high accuracy for bend corrugate board.
• The distance between the printing roller and vacuum transmission table is electric adjust with touch screen control, Linear slide rail with ball screw device,automatic adjust pressure,the adjusting scope is 1-12mm.
• The material of the ceramic roller is steel pipe covered with ceramic,laser cutting inking hole,balance treatment,usually chose 200Dpi-300Dpi.
• double direction ink pump to give ink to roller,stable ink and with improve printing quality.
• cup to prevent the ink splashing. Steady inking and easy to maintain.

Slotting unit(three layers creasing model):

• With three layers sets creasing wheels,one set pre creasing wheels,two set creasing wheels,increasing the creasing quality.make the carton after fold more normative.
• The slotting knife plate roller is solid roller,material is 40CrMo,after two times grinded.Be polished and hard chromium plating. And after balance corrective.
• The slotting knife plate and line creasing wheel and pre creasing wheels are synchronous move left and right,adjust by electrically,control by button and colorful touch screen.
• The four slotting knives are synchronous moving for adjust the high of the carton box,adjust by electrically,control by button and colorful touch screen.

Die-cutting unit:

• The rubber anvil roller is steel material,the surface is grinded and hard chromium plating.
• The rubber anvil roller after balance correction.
• Rubber anvil adopt fastening-type excellent rubber.Easy to install and uninstall. Long service life,can be cutted 4million to 6million times.
• Adopting hydraulic control the position move left and right of the rubber cushion roller.The movement distance is 40mm. This structure makes the rubber covers equally wear,which can increase the use time.
