Function of the whole machine

v The machine adopt computer control, automatic ,adjustment,can store with 999 orders of carton ,quickly change the carton size ,simple and save time for adjustment

v Lead edge feeding unit adopt servo motor drive ,adjustable air volume ,never damage the strength of the cardboard

v The cardboard in all printing unit adopt vacuum transmission ,high precision and stable ;Enclosed double doctor blade combined with ceramic anilox roller ,can distribute the ink enenly

v Feeding unit and Die cutting unit are independently drive by “Rexroth ”servo motorwith is made in Germany , it has the high precision since there is no accumulated error of grears’gap

v The adjusting system is precise so that we can get a good effect when adjusting the pressure of inking and printing

v The driving gears adopt 20CrMnTi high quality alloy steel which is heat treated and polished

v All the connection between gear and roller adopt expanding sleeve, long life and no gaps after long time use

v All the electric part ,bearing and pneumatic parts adopt national stand

Feeding Unit

v It is independently driven by servo motor ,having a long service life since there is no wear and tear of gear box . It also has the function of long-travel feeding

v The induce draft fans can effective remove the dust of internal machine and the dust on the surface of cardboard together with brush to improve the printing quality

v It is convenient to adjust the location of side/ front guides and the gap between feeding rollers by PLC

Printing unit and Oil coating unit

v Enclosed double doctor blade combined with ceramic anilox roller ,can distribute the ink enenly .It can improve the effect of printing dots of single color and multi color overprinting

v The pneumatic diaphragm pumps are used to supply the ink .There are two inlets and two outlets in each pump which can save the ink and have a greater efficiency .The inking system is automatic circulated and will warm when lacking ink

v The printing roller has the function of skew emendation to the printing plate ,which makes the hanging operation convenient

v By inputting data on the human-computer ,we can have it automatic to adjust the gap between anilox roller and pressing roller as well as the location of printing roller in the direction of the breadth

v The transmission is carried out by the ceramic wheels and adjustable vacuum suction

Drying unit

v The transmission is carried out by the ceramic wheels and adjustable vacuum suction

v The infrared or ultraviolet drying unit (optional ) can improve the quality and speed of multicolor printing

Function of Slotting Unit

v With pre-creasing wheels for prevent the cardboard rupture while creasing

v The height of the carton adopt PLC and electric input data adjustment touch screen control

v The phase of the slotting unit adopt PLC and electric 360° adjust ,accord the error to input the adjust data ,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop

v The slotting knives and the creasing wheels horizontal moving adopt electric synchronous adjustment .PLC with touch screen adjustment, input the size of the carton into the touch screen ,will automatic adjusting

v Creasing space and knife roller space adjustment adopt self -locking structure

v The carton height adjustment have a anticollision device for the slotting knives,will not destroy the machine

v An anticollision device is used while the slotting knife plate horizontal moving (Electronic formula)

v The slotting knives is sawtooth ,adopt alloy steel material and after heat treatment and grinded , more hardwearing and sharrp-edged .Two- piece type cutting knives ,sharp-edged and high precision .The breadth is 7mm

v The hole and handle tool as an option

v Linear guideway lateral moving device with universal cross joints
