Product Description
1. Drive the gearbox with oil lubrication, reduce noise, universal
joint drive, and isolate the power source.
2. Upper roller, pressure roll and rubber roller lift, all with
pneumatic control.
3. The guide paper adopts vacuum adsorption, with air volume
adjustment device, to maintain the stability of corrugated type in
high speed.
4. The roller and pressure roller bearings are lubricated by high
temperature resistance grease.
5. The glue is used for adhesive.
6. Upper and lower 48CrMo corrugated roller adopts high quality
chromium molybdenum alloy steel, after heat treatment, hardness in
HRC58 ℃ to 60 ℃, the surface after grinding.
7. The surface of the rubber roller is treated with the mesh cut
and chrome plating.
8. Manual or electric separation device.
9. There are two ways for the machine to operate independently and
the main motor variable frequency control (optional).
