WJ100-1800 Five layers corrugated board production line

The WJ100-1800 Five layers corrugated board production line mainly includes mill roll stand,single facer,conveyor bridge,glue machine,double facer,slitter,cut-off,stacker and steam(or oil)heating system and glue preparing and supplying system.We offer corrugated lines of advanced,medium and simple level,for single wall,double wall and triple wall board production,with speeds varying from 40m/min to 200m/min,widths available from 1400mm to 2500mm.

Structural Features:

Electrical Mill Roll Stand:

• This machine adopts the electrical driver to finish lifting up or down, clamping, loosening and centering the base paper.The symmetric structure can be installed with two bundles of base paper at the same time used to change papers without halt.
• This machine adopts the pneumatic tension controller to adjust the tensile force of base paper.

Single Facer:

• The corrugated paper is adsorbed to the middle corrugated roller to form a negative pressure zone of 180°and then to finish the rolling of corrugation through the vacuum box by fan.
• The width of suction slot of lower corrugated roller is not more than 2.6mm, able to reduce the stripe mark on single side corrugated cardboard.
• Upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel. After heat-treatment, the rigidity is HRC58-62.The surface is grinded and chrome plated．

Double glue Machine:

• This machine adopts independent motor transmission and variable-frequency control.
• The surface of glue roller is treated with special mesh nicking and chrome-plating and the surface of glue scraping roller and ballast roller is treated with chrome-plating after exactly milling.
• This machine adopts the dual paper pressing roller system and pneumatic operation, convenient and flexible.
• Auto-cycle glue feeding can prevent the glue from depositing.

Double Facer (including drive part):

• This whole machine adopts high intensity wide channel steel structure, firm,stable,beautiful and suitable to high-speed run.
• Hot plates are professionally fabricated, conforming to the national safety standard of pressure vessel. 520mm hot plates and the inner S-shape air flow structure improve the utilization ratio of steam. Multi steel bars welded keep the hot plate non-deforming forever.
• The front part of heating section is provided with 4 groups of touch pressure plates while the back part adopts intensive roller pressing structure to make sure the cardboard sticked firmly and shaped smoothly.
• The steam inlet and outlet of pipeline are S-shaped, keeping the temperature of hot plates steady and balance.
• The parts of hot plates separately control the temperature, suitable to the adjustment of trolley speed.(or chose to figure show the temperature)

Thin Blade Slitting Score Machine:

• This machine can track the speed of production line by variable-frequency adjustment, making sure of sync working.
• The auto-milling system can achieve the purpose of blade milling without halt during the process of production. The milling system can also set up the interval length and grinding time according to materials or the situation of trimming at any time.
• 1.2mm high quality blade cuts off the cardboard at high speed, ensuring the cutting edge smooth, the flute non-deforming,beautiful and convenient for full-version printing of cardboards.

NC Cutter-off:

• pecial structural design: high intensity machine wallboard and base, transparent window on both sides of wallboard, convenient for examination and maintenance.
• The transmission system adopts oil pump auto-cycle lubrication to ensure the precision of transmission.
• Adopting high precision and high rigidity grinding gear with high speed paper tolerance and long service life to make sure of the precise meshing of cutting points and the cardboard clean without burr.
• High precise design of knife shaft and cutter frame ensures smooth cutting at high speed.
• Special blade changer/replacement design ensures the blade changing swift and convenient.
• The entire system adopts C.E. standard design and is subject to the strict measurement of CNC industrial grade to make sure of the quality, stability and life expectancy.
• The driving part adopts AC servo with Germanic driver and domestic motor, high quality, fast and precise response.
