Principle and Structure:
Oil press machine is to separate the oil from oil bearing materials
by the pressing power which comes from the change of chamber
volume, drive from screw worm, resistance of curve teeth at press
rings and extrusion friction between oil materials. Under the big
pressure created in press chamber, the oil can be discharged from
gap of press bars and oil trough of press rings. Either big scale
and small scale of oil press machine, they have similar theories in
screw expeller pressing. Because the screw type oil press machine
is mainly used by extrusion theory, so it is also called as oil
extruder or oil extrusion process.
Range of application
Suitable for rapeseed, peanut, soybean, sunflower, rapeseed,
sesame, sesame seed, tea seed, walnut, olive, corn germ, rice bran,
tea seed, safflower seed, seeds of hippophae rhamnoides and so on.

2. After sale service:
1). The equipment guarantee period is one year, During guarantee

party will solve by phone and email, if necessary the engineer will
go to solve the problem on the spot, the buyer should pay daily
salary $100, also pay technical visa cost, round trip tickets,
rooms and meals.
3). During the quality guarantee period, if it is the quality
problem (except easily damaged parts), the cost for maintenance and
replace will be borne by sellers.
4). During guarantee period, the seller will provide service with
compensation as follows:
(1)The damage caused by person and force majeure;
(2)The damage caused by improper operating;
(3)The damage caused by reforming, decomposing assembling.
5). Paid service will be provided for the long term after guarantee
