3. The automatic paper feeding system is equipped with photoelectrically controlled automatic shutdown protection devices such as paper shortage, paper break and paper overlap.
4. The conveying table adopts aspirating paper feeding, and is equipped with front rails and other devices to ensure that the paper feeding and stacking paper are smooth and tidy, and at the same time improve the film coating precision.
5. The external electromagnetic heating system ensures uniform and stable film temperature.
6. The automatic hydraulic system can automatically provide stable large pressure to ensure the quality of the film.
7. The film is released from the inflation shaft, the film roll is easy to load and unload, and the film positioning is accurate.
8. The film release shaft is equipped with a clutch tension system to control the film tension and film release speed.
9. Pneumatic slitting system: The operator only needs to input the paper size on the touch screen, and the paper is automatically cut.
10. The paper unit adopts a new corrugated paper system to completely solve the problem of paper-collecting difficulties.
