Operatomh Princeple:

According to electrical signals to control the opening and closing of the valve body unloading hole, when the electromagnetic pulse valve body unloading, the pressure gas in the back chamber of the valve is discharged, the pressure gas in the front chamber of the valve is throttled by the negative pressure hole on the diaphragm, the diaphragm is lifted, the pulse valve is sprayed. When the valve body stops unloading, the pressure gas will quickly fill the back chamber of the valve through the damping hole. Due to the difference in the stressed area between the two sides of the diaphragm on the valve body, the force of the gas in the back chamber of the valve is large, and the diaphragm can reliably close the nozzle of the shutoff valve. Electrical signal is millisecond timing, pulse valve opened at the moment, a strong impact airflow, so as to achieve instant injection

The Installation of WCG353A043:

1. The valves can be mounted in any position without affecting operation

2. Threaded pipe connection is: G (ISO 228/1) or compression fitting

3. For compression fitting types tightness is achieved by the compressed gasket on the blow tube

4. The use of the rubber gaskets as sealing members will allow a slight misalignment in piping

5. Other pipe threads are available on request

6. Installation/maintenance instructions are included with each valve
