The large-inclined wave-shaped belt conveyor system can be operated in horizontal and vertical conditions, or at any angle from 0 to 90°, allowing for large carrying capacity and heavy-duty transportation.

According to the operating characteristics of the rib conveyor belt, it is necessary to increase the stiffness and elongation flexibility of the wave rib. According to the height of the ribs, the middle frame layer is attached and the nylon 1260D/2-1680D/2 rubber curtain is horizontally attached to the middle of the wave ribs, which greatly improves the tear resistance, resistance to bending, and vertical rigidity of the ribs and extends the life of the ribs.

Similarly, in order to enhance the hardness of the transverse baffle and the elasticity of the baffle surface, the rib conveyor belt can fully exert the load capacity of the cross baffle during high tilt operation. In the manufacturing process, we use nylon short-fiber mixing rubber in the separator, and with a methyl-white bonding system, the separator has excellent properties of high hardness, strong impact resistance, not easy to tear, and not easy to damage.
