Structure Characteristic:

Plastic Material Loader suitable for Extruders and Mixers. It carrys the plastic powder by screw into the hopper of Machine.

Properties:
1- Plastic Material Loader can lift various powder materials,and the material tank and rope are made of stainless steel.
2- The material chamber is installed with vibration motor ,and the materials can easily enter into the spiral.
3- The materials feeding motor and vibration motor are controlled with independent switches,and the vibration range is adjustable,the entire screw can be conveniently disassembled and cleaned.
4- The machine features automatic feed and automatic stop
5- The screw and the material tank and chamber have soft connection with easy disassembly,the lower part of the matrerial canister have flexible door ,forwarding and reserving rotation switch,convenient for cleaning.
