Application:
PVC sheet production line can continuously produce PVC single-layer
and multi-layer sheet products. The sheet has a width of 2000 mm or
less and a thickness of 0.15-3 mm.
Features of PVC sheet production line:
A1. Extruder: According to different materials, single-screw,
parallel twin-screw and conical twin-screw extruders (exhaust, no
exhaust) are used. The screw adopts special mixing function and
high plasticizing capacity to ensure the plasticization of the
rubber and stable high output.
A2. Changing the net and mold: The hydraulic quick change ensures
that the net change does not leak, and the change of the net is
fast and effective. The mold selects different structural forms
according to different materials. The coat-type die is often
designed with a special double-throttle design to make the
thickness adjustment of the plate more precise. Various types of
hydraulic one-way screen changer, two-way screen changer, and
non-stop dual-flow screen changer are available. And through the
straight high-efficiency static mixer, the melt output metering
pump ensures the smooth extrusion of materials.
A3. Three-roll calender: According to the thickness of the plate
(sheet), it is horizontal, vertical or 45° inclined. It can be
hydraulic and mechanical. The gap adjustment is convenient,
ensuring uniform thickness and calendering effect.
A4. Cooling roller bracket: The corresponding cooling guide roller
is equipped for better cooling effect. It is also equipped with a
trimming device to ensure the wide material of the plate (sheet).
A5. Transverse cutting machine: used for length cutting, cutting
precision less than 2mm, using alloy blade or carbide saw blade,
synchronous with the plate (sheet) when cutting. Ensure that the
quality of the cut surface of the sheet (sheet) and the cutting
action are stable for a long time.
A6. Winding device: The soft board (sheet) with a thickness of 3mm
or less is generally wound by friction, and adopts a high-torque
motor. It can adjust the speed and tension at will. With the
slitting and automatic speed measuring device, the required
products can be accurately set. Width and length.
