The characteristics of plastic extruder:
The two-stage overall design enhances the plasticizing function and
ensures high-speed and high-performance extrusion. Special barrier,
BM type comprehensive mixing design ensures the mixing effect of
materials. High shear and low melt plasticization temperatures
ensure high performance extrusion of the material.
Pipe/tube extrusion
Applicable to PP-R pipe, PE gas pipe, PEX cross-linked pipe,
aluminum-plastic composite pipe, ABS pipe, PVC pipe, HDPE silicon
core pipe and various co-extruded composite pipes.

1. SJ series single screw material using high quality alloy
steel-38GrMoAlA, after high-temperature nitriding, nitriding depth:
0.5-07mm, the surface hardness HV740-940.
2. SJ series single screw barrel temperature control though two
section, the cast aluminum ring heater provide the hot temperature
while the cooling fan with the help of air control the temperature
zone.
3. SJ series single screw extruder reduction box adopt the Germany
technical which have long life span, low noise and lower hot.
4. SJ series single screw extruder temperature control system to
ensure the stability of the producing process. Integrated design of
force water cooling and force feeding groove ensures the evenness
and stability of the manufacturing process.
