The test bench can test wiper's wier area, wiper frequency,automatic return, wiper rod's compression force, braking force,wiper effect,system strength and durability. It can simulate ice and snow working condition and durability test.

Testing principles and methods:

Test environment temperature 10 ~ 40 ° c;The windscreen stays wet;Test water should be kept clean and free from any impurities.

Hardness is not higher than 205 g / 1000 kg, the water temperature is not higher than 38 ℃.

When the nominal voltage is 12V, the test electrical pressure is 13.5V±0.3V.When the nominal voltage is 24V, the test voltage is 27V ±0.6v.

The outside surface of the windscreen should be kept clean and free from oil and dirt
