Sorry, we are here wholesale at wholesale prices. We do not sell 1
piece as retail.
2. Are you a factory?
For clothes, yes, we make them in our own factory. For other
commodities, we have a large number of wholesale stocks.
You can enjoy low prices in the lowest quantity.
3.Once we find the goods defective, can I refund?
Of course, you will surely get a refund if there is a quality
problem. However, please contact us when
you find a problem. Our people will communicate with you to find

4. How long should we wait before receiving the goods?
If your order is shipped by a courier such as FedEx, the time is as
follows
For most European countries, it takes about 6 days before you
receive the goods for delivery.
Transport costs in Australia and New Zealand are approximately 8
days
For South and East Asia, transportation takes about 4 days
For North American countries, the cost of transportation is about 7
days
For South American countries, transportation costs about 9 days
For Russia, the transportation cost is about 15-35 days
For Middle Eastern countries, the cost of transportation is about 7
days.
The process of starting our business can be like this:
1. you offer us the artwork or all relevant info(style, materials,
technics,quantity, testing standard if available) so as to quote
you;
2. you check and confirm the price workable for you, then confirm
us prices;
3. comunnicate clear details of samples and pay sample
charges(US$30-60/style) & courier charges to proceed;
4. about 7-15days later, send you the sample photos and tracking#;
5. you check samples personally to approve the samples;
6. you send us comments and purchase order and payment of 50%
deposit to proceed bulk production;
7. send you Pre-production samples or just photos to approve to
lauch bulk production;
8. send you production photos and your pay balance of the order
before shipping;
9. send you shipping info of the order;
10. you receive the order and feed back your comments of the
products,services etc.
