Hanging cap, commonly known as bag cap, is used for lifting and
sealing filter bags of internal filter dust removal equipment.
Generally, it is equipped with a large volume of dust removal cloth
bags. Hanging caps are mainly used in places with low filtration
wind speed and large volume of dust removal equipment, such as
cement plants, iron and steel plants, smelting, chemical industry,
woodworking and other places. The matching parts include suspension
spring, suspension chain and other accessories.
All continuous welds of the hanger cap should be straight. No
welding defects such as false welding and false welding are
allowed. The height of the welds meets the design requirements. The
cap is welded continuously to ensure that the strength and sealing
of the welding meet the relevant industry standards. Weld seam
after welding should be cleaned up welding and spatter, no obvious
slag, spatter and rust are allowed, once cleared, primer is
painted. Weld and spatter are grinded by hand grinding wheel in key
parts.
