The air permeable layer is widely used in the pneumatic conveying
of air chute in cement plant, flushing tank in homogenization tank,
and dust material such as bulk cement special vehicle, bulk cement
special ship, aluminium factory and power plant. It is the core
material for conveying powder material. It is also applicable to
other pneumatic conveying devices for powder and granular
materials, such as bulk powder tankers for trains and automobiles.
Slotted canvas/gasifier/air permeable layer cloth is used as
gasifier to mix material with air in a gasification state and has
good fluidity to improve conveying efficiency. If it is used in the
homogenizer of cement raw meal, the mixing of cement raw meal can
be homogenized. The pneumatic conveying device and gasification bed
device using this permeable layer have been widely used in
metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, power plant,
food and transportation industry, and good results have been
achieved to replace the traditional belt conveying and screw
conveying. Because the material is gasified in the process of
conveying, it has good fluidity, and the equipment is not damaged
by friction, which reduces the maintenance of the equipment. The
material is conveyed in the closed chute without flying loss.

resistance; instantaneous temperature can reach 180 C, constant
temperature about 150 C.
