Description of Plastic pipe non-scraps cutting machine:
It includes high-speed cutter, no-scrap cutter and planetary
cutter. It can be applied in pipe production line and sheet or
profile production line. There
are diffierent models to choose according to actual needs.

products with the corresponding pipes connector.

Main characteristic of PPR pipe production line:
- PPR Pipe production line is mainly used to produce pipe material
whose raw material is mainly PP-R resin. It is also suitable for
producing pipe materials of PP, PPB, PPC, and PE resin.
- Equipped with polyolefin purposed single-screw extruder, it has the
characters of quick extruding, high efficiency and so on.
- The specially designed co-extrusion die head is reasonable in flow
channel, smooth in both internal and external walls, and small in
internal stress.
- Pipe diameter is among 20-160mm and production speed reaches to
18m/min.
- One unit serves several purposes. It can produce common PP-R,
Nanometer anti-bacteria pipe, PE-RT and PE-X.
- If added one co-extrusion engine and die on original base, it can
produce PP-R fiberglass reinforced composite pipe.
