System
Description
Reverse Osmosis is the vital part for treating water. Mainly to remove salt in water;
the working effect can reach 99.8%;
What we can see the water sold in the market will be: pure water,
mineral water, ionized water, hydrogen water etc.
Water source: Well water, Municipal water, river water, mountain water etc;
(fresh water only) (it’s better to offer us the raw water quality
report)
The water treatment system is divided into 3 parts: Pre-treatment, Reverse Osmosis and sterilizing system. Reverse Osmosis is the vital part of entire system.
Function
| Pre-treatment | Original tank | This is the option part in water treatment system. The raw water
will be pumped into tank for buffer or for storage; |
| Booster pump | To pump water from original tank to the filter in next step; |
| Quartz sand filter | Mainly to remove metal and big particles in water; |
| Active carbonated filter | Mainly to remove foreign smell and color in water; |
| Cartridge filter | Mainly to remove small particles in water to protect membrane in
reverse mosis; |
| Sterilizing system | Ozone machine | Kill bacteria and foreign smell in pure water, it will be connected
with pure water storage tank only and recycling; |
| UV sterilizing machine | It is kind of online sterilizing machine for killing Kill bacteria
for pure water and installed after RO unit; |
Tips:
1, If the water is super clean, only the pre-treatment system will
be needed; Or the RO unit is the only one needed;
2, The ozone machine and UV will be selected one in water treatment
system
