The CO2 mixer adopts advances gas-liquid mixing device,can mix syrup,water and
CO2 gas at the same time for filling machine.
Also it can apply to thin beer,aerate for beer and produce sparking
wine.
This mixer is advances in technology,even in mixing,reliable in
performance,compact in structure,easy in operation.
It is suitable for aerated beverage firm of large,middle or small
scale.
Structure
1, Electric control cabinet: Support electricity, and control the machine
2, Carbonation tank: Storage mixed beverage with CO2
3, Vacuum tank: Beverage storage tank and start exhaust air from the tank
4, Plate heat exchanger: To cool down the beverage temperature
5, Vacuum pump: To remove air from vacuum tank
6, Liquid inlet pump: delivery beverage from mixing tank to vacuum tank
7, Booster pump: delivery beverage from vacuum tank to carbonation tank
8, Flow meter: to show how much beverage delivered into carbonation tank
9, Liquid level meter: to show the beverage level in carbonation tank and vacuum tank
10, Flow control valve: to increase and decrease beverage flow
11, Sampling valve: to get sample beverage for experiment and check the mixing ratio
from the mixing tank
12, Injector: to mix CO2 into beverage while the beverage flows through the injector
