Injection Valve
Description
The machine in below photo is the beer filling machine. It is
designed for filling craft beer into 1000ml plastic bottle. And it
is the four in one beer filling machine. There are two steps of
bottle washing. Please note that the bottle washing step can be
customize basing on the processing requirement.
Also please note the filling valve, it is the professional beer
filling valve. There are two buttons on the valve. Before filling,
one of the button will be quickly open to inject CO2 inside bottle,
which make the bottle pressure is the same in the filling tank.
After filling, the valve will open again to inject CO2 again to
remove the air inside bottle to realize the longer shelf time.
Features
1) The washing tubes are changed to stainless steel 304 or 316
material;
2) The filling valve is the professional beer filling valve;
3) All the electric parts are the well known brand;
4) All the bearing bushes are using the IGUS bush which is free
lubrication;
5) There is the lubrication system adopted in this machine;
6) All the pipe connectioned are designed on top of the filling
tank;
7) The beer inlet will be under the filling tank, which will
provent foaming;
8) The capping part is the NEW DESIGNED which we already applied
the patent;
Auxiliary machines
1, Cap elevator: Manually load caps into the cap hopper; Caps will
be lifted up along with the belt lifting.
2, Cap Washing tunnel: The washing steps will be designed basing on
the production processing;
3, Washing recysling tank: To save the water;
4, Bottled beer warming tunnel;
Further design
We could close the filling machine, that means to cover the top and
make the filling machine totally closed. The air filter system will
be designed on top to purify the air inside the filling machine.
The UV sterilizing lamp will be installed inside the filling
machine. After working one day, the UV lamp will open for
sterilzing; Another option is to install the COP system which is
more efficiency for the line;
