Twice Evacuation Glass Bottle Carbonated Drink Isobaric Filling Machine

Brief Introduction

1) Adopts high precision mechanical valve, has advantages of fast filling speed, high precision in liquid level.

2) The height of the washing filling capping machine is adjustable to fill different kinds of beer bottles within the design scope.
3) Has CIP cleaning function, touching screen control, the whole machine is protected by stainless door.
4) Sealed filling cylinder made of 304 stainless steel and automatic adjustment of the liquid level to realize isobaric filling.
5) Adopt vacuumization and CO2 preparing pressure principal, and then prepare pressure for a second time to make sure the filling quality.
6) Main transmission adopts a transmission combination of cog-type belt and gear box type, high efficiency and low noise.
7) There are two kinds of control system, manual and automatic. When using manual system, if there is no beer or cap, the machine can alarm automatically. When using automatic system, it can automatically adjust if you set the requirement.
8) Main transmission adopts stepless speed regulation. The machine adopts MITSUBISHI PLC industrial computer control.

Different parts

1, The carbonated drink tank: Slick tank inside after special polishing. No dead angle for beverage retention. Easy for clean;

2, Capper feeder controlling air cylinder: Moves synchronously with the cap feeder to avoid cap sliding down when there is no bottles for caps.

3, Foaming device: foam arouser to push air (O2) out of bottle neck before capping, keep the beer quality;
