Silicone Lipstick Filling Cooling Releasing Machine is specially designed based on silicone lipstick mold technology.

Production up to 800-1000pcs/hour with two operator.

The technological working cycle includes the moulds heating, dosing, re-heating, cooling up to -18° C by forced

air circulation, and demoulding..

Automatic turning down system of the stick in the cases.

Complete with melting tank, single or double with vacuum system, with different capacity according to the

customer’s requirements.

◆ 20L three layer stainless steel tank, inner layer SUS316L.

◆ With heating, mixing and vacuum function;

◆ Mixing speed is adjustable.

◆ Tank is able to be lifted up/down automatically;

◆ Servo Filling and mold lifting, easily adjust the filling volume.

◆ Filling precision:±0.1g.

◆ Filling nozzle with heat preservation and anti-drip functions.

◆ Cooling time is adjustable from the mold moving speed.

◆ Cooling temp. at -15 to -18 degree. (varies from the environment).

◆ Chiller adopts France brand compressor, environmental refrigerant medium R404A.
