• Solderability: 75% of the lead wire Shall be covered
• Operating Temperature:-40℃ to +105℃
• Storage Temperature: -40℃ to +105℃
• Moisture resistance: △L/L≤±10% △Q/Q≤±25%
• The part temperature(ambient and temp rise)should not exceed105℃ under worse case operating conditions. Circuit design,component placement, PWB trace size and thickness, airflow and other cooling provision all affect the part temperature. Part temperature should be verified in the endapplication.
