After discussion, Paul has bought a sample 12 volt dc water pump from Alibaba Wholesale last Saturday.

He need the sample to test it, he owns a pump store in Malaysia, will order more pumps if it works well.

I told Paul that it’s no hurry to pay, as a friend, fro safety, my suggestion is let me show him the pictures of his pump, then he pay. Though Paul said “it’s okay, I can pay now” but I insist after seeing real pictures then he pay. Paul agreed.

Now this order is placed to Alibaba wholesale again, guess Paul can get pump 4 days later.

I learned a lot for it, need to be more careful for Alibaba wholesale, time is very important!

I also gained a lot from it, my customer believe me!

◊ Usage Condition
1. Before using the pump, please check wheater the power voltage confirm with the nameplate.
2. While connecting wires, please attention that the red cable wire should be connected with positive pole(+), the other wire should be connected with a negative pole(-).
3. Please do not keep the pump motor idling more than 1 minutes which may damage the oil seal.
4. Do not pull the cable wire when putting in or pull out the pump in the water.
5. Before start-up pumping or using the pump, remember put the pump into the water in advance.
6. If the water source has sediment and other sundry, please put the pump in a bamboo basket or other anti-pollution equipment to prevent blocking.
7. After using or do not use the pump, the battery is not suitable to be immersed in water for a long time, so please pull out the pump in ventilated and dry place.
8. If the head is too low, please check if the connecting wire is too long or the wire is less than pump's cable wire. Open the bottom mesh net to check whether the impeller is blocked or not, or the power is not enough.
