Production Process
Lamination
We make both the extrusion lamination and adhesive lamination. The
multi layer substrates used for lamination could be PET, PP,
MetPET, PP, Kraft paper , nylon and biodegradable films which are
all hygienically qualified for food packaging.
Rotagravure printing
We use the most advanced technology and printing machine which
allow us to print up to 200 line screen with 10 colors in achieving
top quality printing with high resolution, vivid graphics.
Our team of printing project with high expertise establish the
procedures to control color accuracy and consistence between
different printing jobs which is essential for customer's brand
integrity.
Pouch Converting
With the wide variety and high production capabilities of our pouch
converting equipment, we can accomplish almost any possibility for
your requirement at more than 30 million pouches per month.
Quality Inspection
We develop a com-prehensive quality management system which is
deeply rooted in ISO principles and FDA GMP requirements to
maintain the whole manufacturing environment including supplier
audit, raw material management, product inspection.

doesn't reach our MOQ.
