Plastic Film Recycling Machine Features:

-three in one, this compactor machine include crush, extrude and pelletizing function. With high efficiency, high output.

-The compactor with high temperature, make plastics small, and it also have cutter function, meanwhile evaporating water.

-Extruder is equipped with pressure sensors. Pressure sensor is used to detect pressure. When it’s time to replace filter screen, warning light will ring.

-Die-face pelletizing is expected to reduce manpower cost.

- Drivetrain: High torque precision gearbox. Low noise and steady operation.

- Dedicated screw and barrel design: The screw is specially designed for recycled materials based on their characteristics. The unique design ensures full degassing in operation.

-It can be used one stage or two stage ,depend on how clean of your raw material.
