Plastic Bottle Washing Machine Description
PET bottle recycling line is mainly used for crushing, washing,
palletizing of PET bottles to realize auto separation for caps and
labels: belt conveyer, crusher, steam washer, scrubbing washing
unit, rinsing and precipitation washing unit, centrifugal
dewatering unit, hot air flow drying unit, and electric control
cabinet. Which capability arrange 500-3000KG/h.

2. With a continous work with the next step pelletizing machine, so
that the cleaning flakes would be made into pellets

As recycling line for waste bottles, the machine is suitable for
recycling all kinds of
PET bottles, such as drink bottles, yogurt bottles, laundry
detergent bottles and etc.

-Final products has good quality. When process PET bottle, final
products humidity below 1%, impurities100ppm,PVC label content
100ppm . The whole line capacity between 300kg/h-2000kg/hour
-Parts which contact material use SUS304 stainless steel, thickness
more than 3mm, ensure long service lift time

SKF bearing, Siemens contactor, Omron temperature, Siemens PLC
controller, etc.

working principle:
recycled PET plastic bottles, firstly to remove the labels for
label remover machine, and then go though selecting table to select
different color bottles( for example, green bottles,bule bottles or
other PC ,HDPE bottles etc. then go to crusher to crush , when the
material come out ,then go to floating washer , to separate PET
bottles with PP labels ,cups. After separating, it will go to high
degree temperature hot washer boil to hot washing, then go to cold
floating washer again (to remove the detergent from hot washer,
then dewatering ,package.
For the different capacity ,high level bottle flakes, we can design
the new plan as your requirement.
