Working Principle of Pulse Valve:
Plateau unloading electromagnetic pulse valve is in accordance with
the electrical control valve body hole opening and closing of the
valve body when unloading valve cavity pressure gas emissions,
after before the valve cavity pressure gas by Yin on the diaphragm
pressure orifice throttling, diaphragm is lifted, the injection
pulse valve. The valve body when they stop unloading pressure gas
by damping hole quickly after full of valve cavity, the difference
between the two sides because the diaphragm on the valve body
stress area, after the valve cavity, the gas forces, shutoff valve
diaphragm can reliable injection, pulse valve stops blowing.
Electrical signal is millisecond timing, pulse valve opened at the
moment, a strong impact airflow, so as to achieve instant
injection.
Operating conditions:
1) ac and dc solenoid valves are selected according to the type of
power supply. Generally speaking, ac power supply is convenient to
access.
2) corrosion resistance shall be preferred according to safety
requirements when used in corrosive or explosive environment.
3) if the environment space is limited, please choose the
multi-function solenoid valve, because it saves the bypass and
three-handed valve and is convenient for online maintenance.
4) as far as possible, AC220V and DC24V are preferred for voltage
specifications.
5) waterproof solenoid valve should be selected for occasions with
high relative humidity in the environment and raindrops.
6) rated current and consumed power shall be selected according to
the power supply capacity. Attention should be paid to the high VA
value during ac starting, and the indirect guided solenoid valve
should be preferred when the capacity is insufficient.
The Pulse Valve Role:
Control the oil pressure in the oil circuit. It is generally
installed in the main oil circuit or the back pressure oil circuit
of the shock absorber to reduce the oil pressure impact when
shifting and locking and unlocking, so as to keep the equipment
running smoothly.
