The oil-free scroll air compressor and the orbiting scroll maintain
a small radius of plane motion in a certain phase, and the dynamic
and fixed scrolls mesh to form a plurality of crescent-shaped
closed compression chambers, and the gas sucked into the working
chamber is subsequently formed into a crescent.
The compression chamber of the shape is gradually compressed, and
then the exhaust port at the center of the stationary plate is
discharged.
The advantages of silent Oil Free Compressor :

1/8 of ordinary piston machine ; small turning radius, the line
speed is only 2m / s, thus wearing is small, high mechanical
efficiency.

98% or more; no suction, exhaust valve, intake, so exhaust pressure
loss is almost zero.

sound , suction and discharge is continuous and stable,the air
pulsation is small .
