1. Introduction

The Needle Flame Tester consists of a dia.0.9mm needle burner that tilts to 45 degree from the vertical and is fueled with butane gas. The fire hazard of the specimen is assessed by measuring the burning duration of the specimen, and any ignition of the wrapping tissue and white pine board below the specimen. The equipment specifies a needle-flame test to simulate the effect of a small flame which may result from fault conditions, in order to assess product and material’s ignition risk and fire retardance by a simulation technique the fire.

Needle flame tester is designed according to IEC60695-11-5(IEC60695-2-2). It is applied to test lighting, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tools, electrical machinery, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, electrical connectors, accessories and etc., also contain insulating materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials. .

1. What is the warranty period of the equipment?
Answer: the equipment warranty is 12 months upon you receipt of the equipment

2. Can you provide third-lab calibration certificate?
Answer: Yes, the equipment can send to the third-labs authorized by ISO17025 and get the calibration certificate, but the buyer should undertake the charges.

3. Does this equipment has English operation interface?
Answer: of course, yes, the operation interface has English instruction.

4. Your power plug can not be used in our country, can you change it for us?
Answer: yes, we will change the power plug to fit your demands, please subbmit this issue when you make order.
