Product Composition and Features
The H2S Scavenger consists of the steric structure of heterocyclic
amines derivatives, catalyst, stabilizer, organic solvent. It is
marked by high efficient sulfur capacity, high boiling point, low
condensation point, etc.
The main ingredient’s molecular formula:
R1/R2/R3 refers to straight chain alkyl group with the same
structure or different chain length, or functional groups in which
the carbon chain contains O2-/N+.
Such a compound can interact with HS-/S2- generated by sulfide
ionization to stable and water soluble compound, without effect on
crude oil purification. It is studied that such a kind of H2S
Scavenger has positive effect on corrosion protection in produced
water treatment system.
Inside our compound, we choose two activators, activator A is
selective for H2S and can accelerate the reaction. Activator B
enhances the miscibility of solvents and crude oil, promotes the
contact efficiency of H2S Scavenger and H2S, and has dispersing
effect on scale. Organic solvent has stable chemical performance
and good thermal stability, making it a good physical absorbent
solution. It can accelerate the absorbent process.
Technical Features
2.1 Fast speed and high efficiency: it has higher efficient sulfur
capacity and faster
absorption speed than normal desulfurizers.
2.2 Wide application areas: We have series of H2S Scavenger
formulations for different stages of oil field.
For drilling mud: it is applicable to both oil and water based
drilling mud, can effectively protect drilling rigs from the
corrosion by H2S from ground and sulfide decomposed under
HT&HP. It has no negative effect on mud, so suitable to
drilling under HT&HP.
For well completion fluids: it has better effect than zinc salts,
has good compatibility with well completion fluid.
For pipelines: We have specific formulations for the
desulfurization of single well and transportation pipelines. Our
products have earned good reputation by Chinese national oil
company: Petro China and Sinopec.
2.3 The outcome after desulfurization has no negative effect on
crude oil processing: Its main ingredient is Alkyl group. After
reaction with H2S, it converts into water soluble products, which
directly enter into liquid during demulsification, dehydration and
desalination, without negative effect on crude oil.
