Design
Heavy duty and extra durability design. Opting high tensile low
carbon alloy Q345B Steel. I beam welded by automotive arc-submerge
process.
Material
The main frame body is made of Q345B high strength structure steel,
automatic submerged arc welding throughout beams, and other
cross-section main stringers structure for optimum carrying effect.
Payload
Use advanced over load design and welding technology for the
chassis. Ensure the strong of trailer body. Make sure the tipper
trailer still in good condition even in small overloading. The
payload can be design max to 100 tons.
Brake system
The tipper trailers equip full braking and electrical systems at
home and abroad in accordance with ISO standard .Optional ABS
system, braking, lighting is absolutely safe and reliable.
