The desanding and desilting integration cleaner of drilling fluid is suitable for the solid control system of drilling fluid for the drilling of the petroleum gas, it is used for separating the solid particles in the drilling fluid which is treated by the shaker.

QJ series desanding and desilting integration cleaner of drilling fluid (cleaner for short) is to combine a set of desanding cyclone and a set of desilting cyclone on a shaker, the drilling fluid is separated by the desanding cyclone and desilting cyclone firstly, then its overflow returns to the circulatory system, its under flow is sieved by the shaker.

If necessary, the shaker of the cleaner can be used as the fore shaker.

For Example: QJ/ 250×2－100×12 means that the cleaner is made up of two desanding cyclones whose nominal diameter is 250mm and twelve desilting cyclones whose nominal diameter is 100mm.
