Details:
1. The rinsing part:
The bottle-punching machine is connected with the empty bottle
conveyor rack. When the empty bottle enters the bottle-punching
machine, the solenoid valve is ordered to move through
photoelectric induction and circuit control system. The cylinder
clamps the bottle and pushes the cylinder to work. The bottle mouth
is down. Then the pure water pump opens and sprays pure water into
the bottle. After 8 seconds, it stops. The push cylinder is reset,
the bottle enters the conveyor, and then enters the filling
machine.
2. The filling part:
After cleaning, empty bottles are transported into the filling
machine. Two brush barrel cylinders are operated beside the
conveyor. Then the bottle enters the filling part. The bottom part
of the bottle opens on the conveyor belt. After filling, the bottle
on the conveyor belt falls down and enters the sealing part.
3.The capping part:
Cap screwdriver has one head. After filling, the bottle is
transported to the cap screwdriver station. The cap is screwed
through the cylinder, and the finished bottle is exported to the
warehouse again and again.
