Product description:

This drinking water filling machine contains washing, filling and capping, especially for big bottles. It is suitable for automatic washing, filling and sealing of all kinds of non gas beverages, oil vinegar, fruit wine, mineral water and pure water. The line has unique design, novel style, complete functions, strong adaptability, convenient operation, beautiful appearance and high automation. It is the best filling equipment in China at present.

Capacity: 200-400 bottles per hour

Bottle rinser:

The empty bottles will be sent to washer through belt conveyor, 4 bottles per shift, each 4 bottles will be calculated and stopped by sensor-cylinder, and 4 bottles will be clamped by clamps at holding neck positions; The bottles will be reversed for bottle rinsing, and rinsing time and rinsing water capacity is adjustable.

Bottle filler:

This part is suitable for all kinds of easy flow liquid. Approach swtich control plunger process to make sure filling correctness.

Applying with linear bottle in style, it is suitable for different bottle shape and size including alien shape bottles.

Principle of work is: Pump will take liquids to the machine, then will be devided into 4 parts connection to 4 nozzles, each nozzle with one flowmeter to control filling volume.

Screw capper:

The machine is used for capping for plastic screw caps, it includes auto cap loader and capping system 2 parts. Workers put bulk qty caps into cap loader, the cap loader will unscramble caps automatically and bring caps down in cap rail and then to capping head. Cap loader can hold more than 200pcs of caps each time, it will be convenient for adding caps often. The cap loading system is with cap anti-reverse device, the cap will be returned back to cap loader again when there is reverse cap.

Guarantee:

We response for one year warranty for the machine, however, it without any human conduct. And provide one-year free spare part for client. And send engineer to client’s company with client’s provision for flight charge and accommodation. Help install the machine, teaching their staff operate the machine and also, we do have a private school which help our client sending their staff to china, help them training.
