Stone Two Deck Ten Trays Baking Oven Electric / Gas Deck Oven with Steam have advanced heating system. The main material of heating system is heating coil and ceramics. Senior engineer designs the reasonable structure and layout of heating coil with ceramics, so the heating effect is much better than normal copper tube and heating tubes. Because the heating coil and ceramics can make material heated evenly, don’t need to turn direction during baking processing. Normal heating tube can not heat evenly and operator need to take out the product and change direction to make sure the good baking effect. So this new design heating system can save the baking time and same time ensure good heating effect.
