Introduction of Flotation Machine

SF Flotation Machine or Flotation Separator is suitable for the roughing, scavenging, selection and the reverse flotation of the non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, nonmetallic mineral, the fabrication and the raw materials of chemical industry and so on.

Features of Flotation Machine

1. High separation precision, large air-absorption capacity.

2. High processing capacity, unit volume capacity is 2-3 times of conventional ones.

3. The operation cost is low, saving power by 1/3 to 1/2.

Working Principle of Flotation Machine

Flotation cells run by the triangle belt of the electrical motor driving the impeller to rotate, producing centrifugal effect which will form negative pressure, and on one hand it will absorb sufficient air in order to mix with the pulp, and on the other hand it will mix the pulp in order to mix with the reagents, and at the same time will refine the foam in order to stick the minerals onto the foam, and float on the surface of the pulp in order to become mineralization foam.
