The percentage of aluminum in 1070 pure aluminum is at least 99.7%.
Because of its long service life, low cost, high recovery value,
high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good electrical conductivity
and thermal conductivity, it has been widely appllied in lampshade,
pressure cooker,non-stiker cookware and other field.

Heat Treatment
Industrial pure aluminium can not be strengthened by heat
treatment, but can be strengthened by cold deformation. The only
form of heat treatment is annealing.

Production
1. The surface performance is good, ensuring no obvious scratches,
oil stains, oxidation, black spots, etc.
2. When the thickness is greater than 1.0 mm, the edge is neat
without burrs.
3. Because of good control of the grain size and elongation of the
coil in the early stage, so we can keep the excellent deep drawing
and spinning properties of the aluminum circle sheet, what's more,
it makes us effectively avoid the bad phenomena of wire drawing,
lotus leaf edge and high earing ratio that may occur in the next
stage of processing.
4.The CNC automatic equipment line makes the full use of the width
of the coiling material, reduce the distance between the circles as
well as the circels to the edges of the material, so it make us can
control the wast from the beginning. Utilization ratio of raw
materials can reach more than 80%.
5.Production speed can reach 20 to 60 pieces per minute, which
improves the production efficiency.
