Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer is suitable for cosmetic and
pharmaceutical factory to making cream, lotion, toothpaste, hair
color. Working volume: 20 L, material: SUS316L stainless steel,
electricity heating and water-cooling.
Vacuum emulsifier mixer for making medical products
Vacuum emulsifier mixer, also called vacuum emulsifier machine, is
a complete vacuum mixer system for the manufacture of viscous
emulsions and suspensions in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and
chemical industries. It’s especially suitable for making big and
continuous batches of cream and emulsions.
Applications of Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer
Cosmetics & Toiletries: cream, lotion, wax, mascara, gel,
toothpaste
Pharmaceuticals: ointment, dental composite, syrup, injection
Food: mayonnaise, dressing, jam, butter, margarine, wasabi

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam
(standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel
pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air
inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head,
discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or
rotor pump for material out.
