Powder painting is a material coating process, where dry,
free-flowing powders are applied to a target electrostatically and
then cured with heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin”. It is
usually used to create a pre-determined hard finish, which
maintains its color hue, and is tougher than conventional paint.Our
coating processes increase the life , value and usefulness of
pharma , chemical equipment and many other products by creating
protective and smooth surface that eliminate problems. After
application of the powder coating, the parts enter a curing oven
where with the addition of heat, a very durable weather resistant
finish is achieved. Powder coatings can be applied to metal and
non-metallic substrates such as plastics and fiberboard.We offer
coatings with sand, wrinkle, crack, ripple and hammer texture
effects. These coatings have a good decorative effect.
