Measuring Color

A Colorimetric Spectrophotometer uses a light source to illuminate the sample being measured.

The light reflected by the object passes to a grating which breaks it into its spectral components.

This sample signal falls onto a diode array, measuring the amount of light at each wavelength.

The spectral data is sent to the processor where it is multiplied with user-selected illuminant and observer tables to obtain CIE X, Y, Z color values.

NS808 Liquid Spectrophotometer features a 3.5" ultra-large display with touch-screen function which makes the operation quite simple, the interface very friendly. Elegant appearance combines perfectly with the ergonomic design, which makes it a model of portable handheld spectrophotometer.

NS808 Liquid Spectrophotometer adopts a 58mm ultra-large integrating sphere which can homogenize light better, and the 45°/0 optical geometry structure conforming to the standards CIE, ISO, ASTM, DIN, all of which make its accuracy incomparable.

Repetitive error is less than 0.04ΔE*ab, inter-instrument error is less than 0.2ΔE*ab, which make its stability and reliability of measurement very superior.

NS808 Liquid Spectrophotometer is configured with 2 types of observer angles, 2° and 10°, multiple light source types, multiple color space systems, multiple chromaticity indexes conforming to different standards, all of which make NS808 can excellently fulfill all kinds of requirements for color measurements in different industries.

NS808 can be easily used to measure the brightness factor of reflecting film and chromaticity coordinates of all kinds of traffic signs. Its system has the built-in GB2893 safety color module and all the standard color modules of GB/T18833 road traffic reflecting film. So, users can choose from them freely according to application. And users can also conveniently customize polygon tolerance they want.

NS808 Liquid Spectrophotometer also goes with a powerful PC software SQCT which includes more extended functions that can enormously facilitate your work. Once combined with a PC via the software SQCT, NS808 can perform perfect measurements, analysis and comparison of the color of traffic signs.

With the configuration of universal test component and powder test box, measurements of liquid, paste, powder and particle can be implemented without hesitation.
