10Ton Coal Fired Steam Boiler Performance Characteristics:

1. The 10Ton coal fired steam boiler is divided into two parts: the upper part and the lower part. The upper part includes the boiler body and the steel frame. The upper part includes the coal hopper, the chain grate, the base steel frame, and the lower furnace wall. The rest of the components outside the site are assembled and shipped. The cast iron economizer and air duct at the end of the boiler are shipped with the furnace.

2. The burning part adopts a light chain grate and enters the air on both sides. There are six independent air chambers under the grate. There are air conditioning mechanisms on both sides of the air chamber. The air is blown into the lower side of the base by the blower into the two side air ducts, and enters the independent air chamber through the air conditioning mechanism.

3. The upper furnace wall is assembled and factorized by the factory. The lower furnace wall and the front and rear arches are composed of refractory clay brick silicate fiber and insulation material.

The fuel is fed from the coal hopper through the coal-gate into the furnace, and the burnt coal slag is discharged into the slag hopper from the spiral slag discharge machine.

4. The 10Ton coal fired steam boiler is equipped with an electric control console. The console is equipped with a boiler thermal parameter display, a drum, an induced draft fan opening indicator, and a remote control button for the electric actuator. The boiler feed water adopts an automatic water supply device and is equipped with an over-temperature alarm device.
