A: Free samples are not available for the custom parts. But we will
return the sample charge after you place the order.

Q: Can you produce if I have a drawing?
A: Please send your drawing to our sales representative, then all
the information will be forward to our engineer and evaluate it, a
details proposal will be advised within 24 hours.
Q: I have a sample but don't have drawing, what can I do?
A: Please send us some photos of the samples, we will evaluate. If
we can produce it, we will ask samples from you and we will make
drawing according to your samples. Please make sure your sample is
new and un used.
Q: What is your usual terms of payments?
A: it will be T/T or L/C at sight.

A: Tolerance is based on the design and material, we can reach +/-
0.01mm for certain parts.

A: 7- 15 days for small order, if more we will discuss.
